An external deck has been introduced to line with the internal floor, originally raised as a loading dock, creates an exterior seating area to the full length of the building

Circulation cores are carefully inserted into the warehouse rising from basement to the Sixth floor with entrances ground level formed in the original warehouse delivery dock doors. Canopies have a boarded underside in a cantilevered and suspended galvanised steel frame as a replica of the original doors. New glazing is frameless to highlight the industrial scale of the doorways
